Kevin M. Crowley
Kevin M. Crowley Founder & Principal, KMJC Capital

Kevin Crowley brings over 25 years of investment banking and advisory experience to each engagement. His career spans senior roles at J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank, where he led M&A transactions across the Americas, Europe, and Asia — advising on divestitures, acquisitions, joint ventures, fairness opinions, and cross-border deals for multinational corporations and private equity firms. Over the course of his career, Kevin has advised on 50+ advisory transactions across a broad range of industries and geographies.

At Deutsche Bank in Tokyo and New York, Kevin served as Managing Director in the M&A group, closing more than 20 transactions and advancing Deutsche Bank's Japan M&A ranking to #3 during his tenure. Prior to that, he spent seven years at J.P. Morgan advising clients in the industrial and natural resources sectors on capital structure, M&A strategy, and complex financing.

Kevin is also a Professor in the Practice of Finance at Emory University's Goizueta Business School, where he has taught investment banking, M&A, valuation, and private equity for nearly two decades.
